Hello, Mohamed: Course on lynda.com for web design/Photoshop
Hi, Mohamed.
I would start with Deke's Photoshop CS6 One-on-One: Fundamentals, then if you want more graphic design skills keep going through Intermediate, Advanced, and eventually Mastery. (There is a Mastery for CS5; for that version there is only Fundamentals, Advanced, and Mastery, for CS6, we added Intermediate to follow Fundamentals.
For a web designer's perspective, you can also check out Justin Seeley's course called Photoshop for Web Design.
For Illustrator, you can follow the same advice, just substitute "Illustrator" for "Photoshop" in the titles.
Let me know if those work!
